How could I be like the Harlem Globetrotters on a NBA video game?

I am currently playing NBA 07, so I cannot create any teams or players. I would like to know how to act like the Globetrotters in single player Quick Game mode. Your answers are so much appreciated.|||That's not possible in NBA 07.
