I have always thought of basketball as a great sport and i want to start supporting an NBA team but i am scottish and i dont know much about basketball or how i would manage to watch it from scotland. as for what team you should follow, every team is different. they have different styles, strengths, weaknesses, skills, experience etc. start watching basketball, watching espn, and look online about basketball and find the team that you like the most. also, you might like a player and then like the team the player is on. i liked dwyane wade in college and i orignally was a knick fan but at that point i learned more about basketball and realized the kincks were selfish, overpaid, lazy and bad so when dwyane wade was drafted to the heat, i became a heat fan and realized i liked a lot of the players on the heat too.





good luck|||Being from Scotland, you don't have a "home town" team to pick, so I'd say choose whichever team you like and enjoy, but don't listen to other people. Don't get sucked into the bandwagon approach of cheering for whichever team is popular or is winning at the time. You could even go for a small-market team. You don't have to cheer for the Lakers, Celtics, or Knicks (all big-market teams). I'm a big Jazz fan, but don't take my word for it. Just find a team you like and stick with them!|||Everyone's going to tell you to support their favorite team. I think you should support the Suns. And I suggest you watch them online.





The Suns are right now losing the series 3-0. So if they win the next four games, they'll be making history, as no NBA team has ever come back from being down 3-0. The Suns are a great team though, and if anyone could make the comeback it would be them.
