How many NBA teams came back from an 0-2 deficit and heading on the road?

I know that the chances from coming back from an 0-2 deficit is very very slim, just around 10% if i'm not mistaken. Anyone know if any team has ever come back from an 0-2 deficit and heading into the road? If I were to guess, this has probably only happened once in NBA history. and i couldn't give you a direct answer because well.. many teams in the past have come down from a 2-0 defecit. it's much more common as opposed to being down 3-0 which no one has ever come back from to actually win the series.|||add this team to that list:
