When is NBA game time full version going to come to the Australian app store for iPhone?

It's really annoying that there is this awesome app in america for iPhone called NBA game time where you can listen to live games and watch video highlights of the NBA but there is only the lite version in Australia! Can someone please tell me if they know when or if the full version is coming to Australia?|||a year
