What NBA player has had the biggest let down in their career?

In other words they did extremely well early in their NBA careers but went on to be injury prone or just go through a major dry spell.

This does not include draft busts, Im talking about proven nba players that just did not live up to their potential

First players that come to my mind.

T MAC

Penny Hardaway|||In the past: Derrick Coleman, Rasheed Wallace, Penny Hardaway

Now: Gilbert Arenas, Mike Dunleavy, Tracy McGrady, Michael Redd, Andreis Nocioni|||Grant Hill was a beast and even considered as the heir to Michael Jordan before he got injured. Gilbert Arenas was also pretty gifted with accuracy, body control and speed before his knee was injured. Now he's mostly a spot up shooter.|||Vince Carter
