How many teams can the NBA possibly field in Europe and Asia, and where would they be located?

What cities in Asia, Europe, Africa and Australia, have indoor venues that can seat 15,000+ people, and can potentially house an NBA team?|||In China and Japan there are already professional basketball leagues, so surely they have venues. Japan also hosted the FIBA Tournament a couple years ago. There are several leagues in Europe, so it shouldn't be difficult to find a venue there either. If they were to expand there, it would be nice to see 6-10 teams or so.|||yes the call on tim dunkin was proposterous
