What college basket player was a 1st round NBA draft pick even though he never started a college game ?

This college player never started a college basketball during his 4 year college career and despite that, he was a 1st round NBA draft pick !|||That would be former UCLA player and backup to UCLA great Bill Walton, Swen Nater ! He helped UCLA win 2 NCAA Championships in the 1970's ! He went onto become the Milwaukee bucks 1st round NBA pick in the 1973 draft.|||Although he only played a year unlike Mr. Nater's four, Marvin Williams (UNC '05) also went in the 1st round and never started a game for the national championship TarHeels that year.
